Australia Day 2017: Molfetta riceve un grande riconoscimento, grazie agli emigrati e al loro continuo lavoro, sono loro i nostri veri ambasciatori all'estero!
"E 'stato un grande giorno per noi. Il Pirie Port Community italiana è stato assegnato il << Australia Day Event of the Year >> per la città di Port Pirie.

Siamo entusiasti e onorati di ricevere questo premio. E 'una notizia meravigliosa per la nostro direttivo e per il difficile lavoro, che alla fine ha visto il culmine di tutto il nostro impegno con l'apertura del Museo dedicato all'emigrazione molfettesi: Port Pirie Molfettesi Museum, un enorme grazie alla Comunità italiana in generale che ci hanno sostenuto con tutta la nostra raccolta di fondi. Anche Congratulazioni a Rose-lee Pisani per ricevere il "Citizen of the Year Award". Ben meritata. Grazie anche al Comitato Day in Australia per l'organizzazione di questa mattina, 30 Yearbook ben fatto !!"

Happy Australia Day.......It has been a great morning for us. The Port Pirie Italian Community has been awarded the "Australia Day Event of the Year" for the City of Port Pirie. We are thrilled and honoured to receive this award. It is wonderful news for our hard working committee who at last saw the culmination of all their work at the opening of our Museum and also a huge thank you to the Italian Community in general who have supported us with all of our fund raising. AlSO Congratulations to Rose-lee Pisani for receiving the "Citizen of the Year Award". Well deserved. Congratulations also to the two junior Citizen of the Year awardees.....Thank you also to the Australia Day Committee for organising this morning-30th year- well done!!
